When Will I recieve My Order?
If your chosen item is a Standard Delivery item, it will be delivered Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 7.00am and 7.00pm. Our items are delivered directly by our manufacturing partners and, once your order is ready for dispatch, they will call you 2-3 days prior to delivery to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Where Do Sheds And Things Deliver?
Sheds And Things delivers to UK Mainland postal addresses only. Regretfully we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland or other overseas addresses. Our manufacturing partners lead times and deliver areas can vary. For further information please consult the table below:-

Can I Choose A Specific Delivery Time?
Unfortunatley do to the high number of items being delivered each day Sheds And Things cannot offer exact delivery time slots. Your goods will be delivered within the timescales detailed above.
What Happens If My Item Is Out Of Stock?
If you wish to purchase an item that is currently out of stock. You can either continue with the purchase and you will be notified of the delivery lead time after confirmation from the supplier or notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org of your interest and we will contact the supplier to check their availability of the product.
Most smaller products will be despatched via a driver and van. These goods can only be delivered to the front door of the postal address. In the case of apartments, flats, customers will be asked to meet the driver at the entrance to the building as drivers are not insured to enter private property.
Larger items will mostly be delivered on larger vehicles, so we ask that customers who believe their maybe access issues to contact us with the details before despatch. Any access problems not reported to us by the customer that result in a failed delivery will incurr a redelivery charge.
A customer may ask the delivery driver(s) to assist them in carrying the goods onto the premises, this is at the driver(s) discretion. In the rare event of damage being caused to either the delivered goods or the customers property including but not limited to fixtures, fittings and building structure, Sheds And Things cannot accept liability for the damage whilst assisting the customer with a request. Any consequent damage should fall under the customers household insurance.
Sheds And Things delivery drivers will not disassemble or move any exisiting garden furniture, to make room for new. They will not take away unwanted garden furniture or other items. The drivers will not assemble any garden furniture, product assembly is the responsibility of the customer.
All deliveries must be checked by the customer on receipt. If the customer suspects damage has occured to any item or part of item this should be recorded on the dleivery note when signing for the goods. Please note the word "DAMAGED" must be written on the delivery note, failure to do so will negate the customers claim. Sheds And Things will where possible replace missing or broken parts.
